Ramadan Month is around the corner, and we understand that during this season you might want to offer some special menus or change your preferred operating hours.

Here are some tips during this auspicious month!
- Always ensure that the status of your Partner App is ‘Open’ at all times. If you need to close your store anytime during this period, please make sure that you change the status from ‘Open’ to ‘Pause’. Learn more about store status here.
- Adjust your operating hours on the partner app if your operation hours change during this period. Learn more about the special hour setting here.
- If you wish to update your menu, you may refer here for guidelines.
- If your location changes during the Ramadan season, refer to the guidelines here or steps below on how to do it yourself! *Please take note. If the new address is only temporary, please repeat this process to change back to the original address after Ramadan ends.
